In 2025, Vietnam recorded multiple unprecedented weather events, with severe storms and flooding causing significant human and material losses across many localities. In this context, even the simplest essential supplies - such as a packet of instant noodles - became a vital source of support and a symbol of the Vietnamese spirit of solidarity and mutual compassion.
During October and November alone, provinces from Northern to Central Vietnam were repeatedly affected by widespread heavy to very heavy rainfall. In the Central region, daily rainfall levels exceeded historical records, while peak flood levels on several rivers rose above previously recorded highs, particularly in Daklak Province. Prolonged heavy rain led to severe flooding across large areas, leaving many residential communities isolated and pushing local residents into emergency conditions.

Amid the increasingly complex developments of the disaster, Uniben promptly coordinated with the police, the Vietnam Fatherland Front, and media organizations to deliver essential supplies to residents in severely flooded areas, including Danang and Khanhhoa Province. Under conditions where access to food was extremely limited, packets of 3 Miền instant noodles delivered directly to affected households became a critical lifeline, helping to supplement essential food supplies and support families in maintaining daily meals while awaiting the recession of floodwaters.

Beyond its support for Central Vietnam, Uniben had earlier accompanied communities in Thainguyen and Langson Province in their efforts to recover from the aftermath of natural disasters. More than material assistance, each contribution also served as a meaningful source of encouragement, helping to restore confidence and resilience as communities worked to overcome adversity.
A representative of Uniben stated: “As a company deeply committed to social responsibility, Uniben proactively participates in charitable activities and works alongside communities in difficult areas, especially during times of natural disasters and emergency situations.”
