UNIBEN owns three large and advanced food factories, with an investment capital of over 3,000 billion Vietnamese dong. These factories are designed according to European standards, equipped with fully automated, closed-loop production lines imported from the United States, Germany, Japan, and other countries. The investment in modern machinery, equipment, advanced production technologies, and the implementation of stringent quality processes have enabled UNIBEN to innovate new products that meet the demands and preferences of consumers.

Modern Facilities

Incorporating modern facilities, UNIBEN utilizes fully automated, closed production lines imported from the United States, Germany, Japan, and other countries. With maximum operational capacity, UNIBEN can deliver over 2.5 billion units of instant noodles, while simultaneously producing more than 200 million units of seasoning products as fish sauce and seasoning granules, as well as over 300 million units of beverage products annually.

Sanitation of Machinery

The maintenance and sanitation of machinery and manufacturing areas in contact with the products are regularly conducted according to stringent regulations set by UNIBEN's quality management department to ensure food safety and hygiene.

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)

Throughout the production process or during visits to UNIBEN's factories, all personnel are equipped with entire standard personal protective equipment and are trained on food safety procedures. Before entering the production areas, all staff must undergo a rigorous disinfection process at the entrance.
